AREPO HOUSE is a private investment company, established under English law and registered in London. The house operates with the discipline of an owner and the patience of a steward, with the conviction that the best brands are built over time, not over quarters.
We believe that capital deployed with patience and discipline outperforms capital deployed with speed. We believe that ownership creates better alignment than transient investment. We believe that a small, considered portfolio outperforms a wide, diluted one.
These convictions are not strategy. They are temperament.
The house is involved in the governance of each of its companies. We work alongside our operating teams on capital allocation, strategic direction, and long-term decisions. We do not impose. We engage.
We do not publish a public investment thesis. The composition of our portfolio reflects our convictions more clearly than any document could.
Leadership
Anastasiia Liuliaeva
Anastasiia Liuliaeva founded AREPO HOUSE and serves as its Director. She leads the strategic direction of the house and oversees the development of each of its companies. Her approach combines long-term ownership with personal engagement across the portfolio.
She divides her time between London, where the house is established, and Saragosse, where the residential operations of the portfolio are followed in close proximity to its French activities in Toulouse.
